About the role
Managing Principal – Folsom, CA Lead the Sacramento-area office in Folsom, California. The Managing Principal will direct a multidisciplinary team, strengthen client relationships, and support office growth and profitability. ### Responsibilities ### - Provide engineering/office leadership for regional projects and staff. - Develop business across the greater Sacramento metropolitan area. - Maintain excellent client service and long-term client relationships. - Support office growth, profitability, and active community involvement. - Represent the office through professional organizations and regional relationships. ### Qualifications ### - Background in land use planning or civil engineering. - Ten years of project management experience overseeing staff and projects. - MA in City/Regional Planning or BS in Civil Engineering, plus California PE or AICP certification. - Proven success developing business in the Sacramento region. - Strong communication, leadership, and client service skills, with leadership experience in professional organizations. ### Compensation ### $150,000.00–$225,000.00 per year.
